A two–day Turkmenistan Investments and Development Forum has started in London, which presents economic and investment opportunities not only in key sectors of the national economy, but also the growing potential of Turkmen business.

The planned speech at the forum by Nokerguly Atagulyev, head of the Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs of Turkmenistan, will allow foreign investors and potential partners to learn more about the achievements of domestic entrepreneurs and opportunities for business and investment cooperation with Turkmen business. Yazmyrat Khommadov, Deputy Chairman of the Board of "Rysgal" Joint-Stock Commercial Bank, will present the activities of Turkmenistan's first bank, founded by private entrepreneurs and successfully developing in line with the most modern trends in the banking sector.

Several dozen private companies and individual enterprises from Turkmenistan, operating in various fields, have also been announced to participate in the London forum. Among them are many well-known construction companies such as ES "Gujurly inžener" and "Döwlet Gurluşyk", SP "Mizemez gadam", transport and logistics companies including "Bir Kuwwat", food production enterprises such as the confectionery factory "Balam", ES "Owadan ülke", poultry farm "Nurly meýdan" and others.

High-quality products of Turkmen food producers are in high demand not only in Turkmenistan but also in other countries. The major tomato producer ES "Ýigit," participating in the London forum, became the first in Turkmenistan to receive the international certificate Global G.A.P., confirming that the company's products meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and ecological parameters. In addition to product manufacturers, forum was attended by private companies developing the non-governmental service sector. Among them are ES "Oguzabat," offering quality advertising, typography and printing services, as well as the large retailer "Halkmarket" with a popular supermarket chain.
