In the first quarter of 2024, «Turkmenistan Airlines» plans to expand its network of international flights in various directions. At the beginning of January, the airline already resumed flights on the Ashgabat – Abu Dhabi route, which operates once a week.
The airline plans to offer services to Jeddah (Saudi Arabia) and Kuala Lumpur (Malaysia) in February. Flights on the Ashgabat - Kuala Lumpur route will be operated twice a week from the 15th of February, and from the 16th of February the Ashgabat - Jeddah flight is scheduled to be launched, which will operate three times a week.
In March, further expansion of the «Turkmenistan Airlines» route network is expected. Flights Ashgabat - Ho Chi Minh City (Vietnam) will be operated twice a week from the 5th of March, flight Ashgabat - Milan (Italy) - once a week from the 6th of March.
The Italian media have already published publications about a new flight from Ashgabat to Milan Malpensa airport, which report on the staffing of the Turkmen air carrier with new «Boeing 777-300 ER» passenger airliners, the ease of use of this flight for passengers traveling from northern Italy to Vietnam, contains general information about Turkmenistan and its capital.
