Modern administrative buildings of the road-dispatch service of the police department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Balkan velayat, as well as Bereket and Gyzylarbat etraps, were solemnly put into operation on the occasion of Defender of the Fatherland Day. 

During the opening ceremony, there were held performances by music, dance and folk creative groups of Balkan velayat. 

Then the participants familiarized themselves with the modern capabilities of the Technical Inspection and Vehicle Registration Offices. The modern technologies and digital system incorporated in these offices sparked genuine interest among the event participants. The fact that the premises are equipped with modern diagnostic, therapeutic and measuring equipment based on the latest scientific and technological advancements from leading global manufacturers allows for high-quality maintenance of vehicles. The modern equipment also determines compliance with environmental legislation requirements for vehicles. 

In addition, the technical condition of the control system of motor vehicles, the amount of gas emitted during their operation, and the functioning of the speed indicator are determined. Thus, the complex computer-controlled equipment allows checking the technical condition of vehicles of various types and, as a result, troubleshooting.
