Design of «Türkmeniň ak öýi» building in Nowruz Yaylasy, Ahal Velayat was presented for review to the Head of the State. It was mentioned that elements of national architecture and modern architectural methods are to be applied in construction of this facility.
Having familiarized with the project, President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov gave number of observations and made appropriate corrections. The Head of the State mention that design of new facility has to include the traditions of national architecture and the best world practices.

Summing up the report of Hyakim of Balkan Velayat S. Satlykov, the President of Turkmenistan noted that it is necessary make integrated approach to solution of the issues related to cultivation of different vegetable and cucurbitaceous cultures and comprehensive preparation to harvesting campaign. In this context, the Head of the State ordered to implement the methods tested by the scientists during execution of relative works.

For evaluation of special features of potassium fertilizers, the President of Turkmenistan requested to organize scientific and practical seminars on the methods of application of fertilizers taking into account soil and climate conditions and special features of agricultural production of each region.
The Turkmen Leader noted the necessity to analyse the ratio of potassium fertilizers according to the specifics of agro industrial complex of each velayat for efficient use of it inside the country and improvement of quality characteristics of agricultural products as well as to provide the sale of the fertilizers, required in the world’s market. The Head of the State emphasized the necessity of joint collaborated work of profile high education and scientific and research institutes as well as agricultural specialists. In this regard, specific assignment were addressed to the Vice-premier.

In this relation, the Leader of the nation pointed at the necessity of coordinated activity of all services for provision of high level of works carried out in the capital.

Agamyradov was called to the video conference who reported on the activities of the structures under his supervision for improvement of education system in schools and universities, training of highly qualified personnel as well as on implementation of modern methods and advanced technologies into the sphere.

Having pointed the necessity to work in detail over the issues related to the study of technical professions, the Leader of the Nation ordered to take necessary measures in this direction.
