In this production year, employees agro-industrial complex of Lebap velayat is planned plant 130 thousand hectares of cotton and get a rich harvest. In currently, work continues to collect rinsing water and drainage of land in cotton planting areas.

Today, on more than 95 thousand hectares of land in the region more than 19 thousand tons of phosphate fertilizers were introduced. This means, that more than 200 kilograms of fertilizer fall per hectare.

The fertility of lands fertilized also increases significantly phosphorus, superphosphate and ammophosphate fertilizers. It is important to note that farms that will plant this season cotton, are fully provided with the necessary phosphorus fertilizers.

Today, work on fertilizing the land was completed in Dyanev and Khalach etraps, and in Chardzhev and Darganata etraps work is at the completion stage. Facilities are being expanded in the velayat for collecting rinsing water. At the moment, the rinsing waters caught on more than 25 thousand hectares of the region.
