Speaking at the 28th Conference of the Parties to the UN Framework Convention on Climate Change in Dubai, President Serdar Berdimuhamedov noted that Turkmenistan approved Turkmenistan’s Nationally Determined Contribution to the Paris Climate Agreement in May 2022. This strategic document provides for a reduction in greenhouse gas emissions by 20 percent in 2030 relative to 2010 levels.
