The construction of four four-story buildings, each designed for 16 apartments, has been completed in Dashoguz. They were built by specialists of the "Dagly çemen" individual enterprise.

The new buildings are located on A. Niyazov Street, near the city's railway station. Each building has three and four-room apartments with improved layouts. The rooms are spacious with high ceilings.

The total area of a four-room apartment is 200 square meters, and a three-room apartment is 171 square meters. The ceiling height in the rooms reaches three meters and 30 centimeters. The apartments are equipped with loggias and balconies. The surrounding area adjacent to the new buildings is well-maintained, illuminated and landscaped. Currently, the technical communications are being inspected.

In recent years, numerous multi-story residential buildings have been constructed in various districts of the administrative center of Dashoguz velayat, forming new residential complexes with all the necessary social and cultural facilities.

This intensification of urban development activities contributes to the improvement of social and living conditions of the local population and shaping a new modern architectural appearance of the city, increasing the share of modern multi-story buildings in its housing sector.

At the same time, in accordance with modern urban planning requirements, more attention is paid to the rational use of land and natural resources, as well as the existing network of various engineering and technical communications, quality issues and ecology.
