The delegation of Turkmenistan, mainly consisting of representatives of the leading universities of Turkmenistan and the joint Turkmen-Russian general education school named after A.S. Pushkin, is participating in the World Youth Festival, which will last from March 1 to 7.
The main events of the festival, including lectures, workshops, presentations and sessions, will be held on the federal territory of Sirius, which will host 20,000 leaders of the new generation from 180 countries. For the first time in the history of the festival movement, teenagers aged 14 to 17 have been given the opportunity to participate in the event. Among the festival guests are experts, volunteers, tour guides, journalists and representatives of various service companies.
Around 800 events have been prepared for the participants of the youth forum, including mountain hikes, large-scale exhibitions, meetings with popular bloggers and artists, and workshops in various fields ranging from sports and science to international cooperation. Young people will have the opportunity to interact not only with peers from other countries but also with renowned actors, musicians, politicians, athletes, cultural figures and opinion leaders.
