In order to turn the country into a blooming garden, create forest areas and properly care for planted tree seedlings in the era of the Revival of a new epoch of a powerful state, as well as implement the Resolution of the President of Turkmenistan №867 dated February 9, 2024 “On planting trees in Turkmenistan in 2024”, the President Turkmenistan signed a Resolution, ordering a nationwide greening campaign to be held in the country on March 16, 2024.
The document also instructs ministries, departments, khyakimliks of velayats, Ashgabat and Arkadag cities to ensure the action to be carried out at a high organizational level.

In order to develop innovative technologies, priority areas of science, production and industry, development of nano-, bio- and information, digital and smart technologies, cybersecurity technologies, artificial intelligence, information and communication technologies, computer and mobile programs, ensuring the competitiveness of scientific achievements, attracting youth to the development of innovative technologies in the country in the era of the Revival of a new epoch of a powerful state, the President of Turkmenistan signed a Resolution, ordering the Academy of Sciences to create Oguz Han Scientific and Technological Center by the Oguz Han University of Engineering and Technology under it, working on an economic basis, as well as preparation and approval of the Center’s Charter in accordance with the established procedure.

In order to further strengthen friendship and brotherhood, good neighborliness between peoples, popularize physical education and sports, actively promote the principles of a healthy lifestyle in society, widely attract the younger generation to sports, as well as further increase the international sports prestige of the country, the President of Turkmenistan signed a Resolution, allowing the State Committee in physical education and sports to hold an International Hockey Tournament in the capital’s Winter Sports Complex in the period of April 15-20, 2024.
