The Turkmen Communications Agency and the Altyn Asyr Closed Joint Stock Company, providing the population with mobile communications and Internet services, are expanding the coverage area of the 4G network throughout Turkmenistan.

During the extensive modernization of the national communication system planned work was carried out to install 4G transmitting and receiving devices in Ahal, Balkan, Mary, Lebap and Dashoguz velayats. In particular, high-speed Internet is now available in etraps and remote villages of the country.
