The final round of "The Most Charming Girl - 2024" competition was held in Turkmenistan on the eve of the National Spring Holiday - International Novruz Day.

The traditional competition, organized by the Central Council of the Magtymguly Youth Organization of Turkmenistan and the Ministry of Education of the country, was attended by pupils of 2-4 grades of secondary general and specialized schools of the country. The goal of the competition is to identify talented girls and encourage the younger generation's interest in national decorative and applied arts.

According to the competition rules, the girls undergo three challenges: the art of singing songs and reciting poems, an artistic story about the uniqueness of their national attire, and demonstrating their skills in traditional handicrafts in accordance with their age characteristics.

As a result of the competition, the most charming girl of Turkmenistan in 2024 was recognized Nurshat Myratova, a 2nd-grade student of School № 93 in Saparmyrat Turkmenbashi etrap of Dashoguz velayat, who won the main prize. The first place was taken by Aymelek Gylychmyradova, a 3rd-grade student of Specialized School № 2 with in-depth study of the English language in the city of Arkadag. The second place went to Ailar Charyeva, a 2nd-grade student of Secondary School № 147 in Ashgabat. The third place was awarded to Aina Dovletyarova, a 2nd-grade student of Secondary School № 2 of Dyanev etrap of Lebap velayat. The winners were awarded certificates and valuable gifts.
