Within the framework of the celebrations in the Akhal-Teke Equestrian Complex, the awarding ceremony of the winners and prize-winners of a creative contest among painters and sculptors, carpenters and jewelers, photographers and videographers, designers and graphic designers for the best embodiment of the image of the "paradise" horse was held.
The competition was held in the nominations for the most skillful carpet with the image of the Turkmen horse, jewelry for the horse, the best pictorial embodiment and the best sculptural image of the Turkmen horse. The unifying idea of this competition is to show the role of this beautiful and intelligent being in the life of the Turkmen people.
In addition to our experts, the jury also includes international experts: Vice-President of the Association of Akhal-Teke Horse Breeding of France Tatyana Follet and representative of the Horse Breeding Associations of the People's Republic of China Jean Mu, Nurlan Mamyev (Kyrgyzstan), and Nadezhda Tarasova (Russia).
The winners were: carpet artist, People's Artist of Turkmenistan Ada Gutlyev, jeweler Ovezmukhammet Soyunov, 5th year student of the State Academy of Arts of Turkmenistan Batyr Soltanov, sculptor, People's Artist of Turkmenistan, teacher of the special art school at the State Art Academy Saragt Babayev, photo correspondent of "Turkmenistan" newspaper Begench Shykhlyev and the cameraman of the channel "Sport" of the State Committee of Turkmenistan on Television, Broadcasting and Cinematography Ahmet Khydyrov.
