Residential buildings and a number of infrastructure facilities will be built in the «Parahat-7» residential area in Ashgabat. Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers B. Annamammedov announced this at a meeting of the government of Turkmenistan.

In particular, he reported on the measures being taken to transform the urban appearance of the Turkmen capital and improve the living conditions of the country's population. According to him, as part of the implementation of the «Program of the President of Turkmenistan for the socio-economic development of the country in 2022–2028», it is planned to build modern residential buildings, as well as a number of social and infrastructure facilities, in the «Parahat-7» residential area.

After hearing the report, Head of State Serdar Berdimuhamedov approved the proposals presented for the construction of twenty 9-story modern residential buildings in the «Parahat-7» residential area in the city of Ashgabat, designed for 864 families, a secondary school for 720 places, a park and highways.
