Fire-applied sports competitions were held in Turkmenabat among students of secondary schools and special units of young firefighters.

The competition became a true school of patriotism, determination and courage for the young generation. The competitions started after a solemn parade of police officers and participating teams.

The winners of the preliminary races competed in two events - a 100-meter obstacle course using firefighting equipment and a 400-meter relay obstacle course.

The team of young firefighters from the 18th secondary school of Dyanov etrap won 1st place, while the teams from the 31st and 45th secondary schools of Sayat etrap won 2nd and 3rd places respectively.

The winners were awarded diplomas and valuable gifts. In addition, the team that won the competition received the right to participate in the final stage of the competition held at the state level.

At the solemn opening of the event, cultural and art figures recited patriotic poems by the great thinker and classical poet Magtymguly Fragi.
