Representatives of the Turkmen university are on a working visit to Austria

Since May 5, a Turkmen delegation consisting of two professors and two students from the Oguz Han Engineering and Technology University of Turkmenistan has been on a working visit to the Graz University of Technology in Austria.

The purpose of the trip is to familiarize in detail with the scientific activities of the Austrian university, conduct joint research, study international experience, and discuss plans for further cooperation.

During the first days of the working visit, the Turkmen delegates visited the scientific laboratories of the Institute of Electronics at the Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Information Technology, and the Institute of Neural Engineering at the Faculty of Computer Science and Biomedical Engineering at the Graz University of Technology. This was followed by an in-depth exchange of views regarding potential joint research work.

During their stay at the University of Graz, the Turkmen professors and students together with their Austrian colleagues conducted scientific research related to the development of devices for measuring electromagnetic radiation at close range, detection of brain signals, as well as construction of antennas, amplifiers, electronic devices for various purposes, and other areas. As a result of productive activities, the participants gained significant experience in collaborative work in these research fields.

It is worth noting that this meeting is taking place within the framework of a Memorandum of Understanding signed in March of this year between the Oguz Han Engineering and Technology University of Turkmenistan and the Graz University of Technology, with the aim of establishing bilateral cooperation in the fields of science and education.

The visit of the Turkmen delegation to the Austrian university will last until May 17.
