On the eve of the Constitution and National Flag Day of Turkmenistan, an exhibition under the thematic title «Konstitusiýa we Döwlet Baýdagy mizemez mukaddeslik» was launched at the Historical and Local Lore Museum of the city of Arkadag.

The exhibition is designed to demonstrate that the Basic Law and the State Flag of the country are sacred symbols associated with the glorious past, happy present and bright future of the Turkmen people. Giving rise to high patriotic feelings, strengthening the unity of the people, they serve as a source of their double pride.

Our green banner, proudly flying in the world, is a symbol of all the country’s achievements and its international authority. The Basic Law contains universal human norms of democracy, principles of peace, humanism and sustainable development.

The exhibition presents books by the National Leader of the Turkmen people Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov and President Serdar Berdimuhamedov, paintings with images of monuments of Independence, Neutrality, Revival, as well as various samples of national cultural heritage from the museum’s funds - jewellery, jugs, etc.
