The delegation of Turkmenistan, consisting of representatives of the youth organization of Turkmenistan named after Magtymguly and young specialists from various industries, is taking part in the forum of youth leaders of China and Central Asia entitled «Bridge to the Future-2024», which takes place from the 15^th to 22^nd of May in the PRC in the territory of Xinjiang. Uyghur Autonomous Region and Shaanxi Province.

The forum was organized by the All-China Youth Federation of the People's Republic of China in accordance with the initiative put forward by Chinese President Xi Jinping at the summit in honor of the 30^th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between China and the five countries of Central Asia.

As part of the «Bridge to the Future 2024» forum, participants visited museums in the Xinjiang region of China and viewed their exhibitions. They visited a branch of one of the Chinese automakers, where they got acquainted with the types and design features of cars produced here, and visited the international land cargo port and the Urumqi international light industry trade centre.

Representatives of Turkmenistan took an active part in the dialogue between young leaders of Central Asian countries and members of the Xinjiang Youth Federation on topics such as «Green Energy and Youth Innovation» and «Green Agriculture with Youth Participation». Speaking at this key event of the forum, a representative of the Turkmen delegation spoke about the work to develop «green» agriculture in our country, the wide opportunities created for youth, and emphasized the importance of developing cooperation between the youth of the two countries. Young people from Central Asia got acquainted with the achievements of «green» agriculture in China, greenhouses created on the basis of new technologies, during a visit to the Xinjiang Agricultural Exhibition Park.

The program of the «Bridge to the Future 2024» forum provides ample opportunities to familiarize young people from Central Asia with the traditional culture and rich heritage of the Chinese people. The forum participants have already visited the museum of the ancient imperial city of Beiting on the Great Silk Road, got acquainted with the ancient art of calligraphy, and the peculiarities of making artistic and decorative items. The forum continues its work.
