The names of the winners of the infographic competition "Forests and Innovations" have become known. This competition was launched on the occasion of the International Day of Forests by the United Nations Development Programme and the Global Environment Facility project "Conservation and sustainable management of land resources and high nature value ecosystems in the Aral Sea basin for multiple benefits".

According to the results, Gulshirin Kadyrova took first place, Aylar Rozyeva took second place, and Babamyrat Baltayev took third place.

The infographic competition aimed to draw public attention to environmental issues such as soil fertility depletion and land degradation, which lead to desertification.

The jury included representatives from UNDP, organizations such as "Ynanch Vepa", "Yash Tebigatchy", "Tebigy Kuwwat", and "Eco-Durmush", who evaluated the quality and clarity of the information presented, the reliability of data and sources, creativity and originality of the works.

The winners were awarded certificates and prizes from UNDP.
