The rapid development of the national economy and regular commissioning of new social and industrial facilities are driving increased electricity consumption and, consequently, demand for electrical wires.
Guided by this, the Economic Society "Türkmen ýyldyzy", founded in 2009 and engaged in commissioning and repair work at energy facilities, has established production of insulated and non-insulated wires and cables. The company's products under the "Gerim" trademark are in high demand throughout the country.
The enterprise produces 37 types of wires and cables, including those made from combined alloys and designed for long-distance high-voltage power transmission lines. Additionally, they manufacture insulated cables used for power transmission in residential buildings and various facilities. To expand production, the company plans to produce multi-wire copper electrical cables.
The enterprise is equipped with modern equipment from leading global manufacturers. Its annual capacity is five million conventional meters of products, with 2.7 million conventional meters already produced since the beginning of the year.
Effectively utilizing state-provided opportunities to support medium and small businesses, the company offers various services such as designing and overhauling power plants, overhead and cable power lines, relay protection adjustment, testing of batteries, electric motors and transformers.
This year, the company conducted commissioning and testing work at a power plant in Dashoguz velayat, as well as testing at a power plant in Gumdag, Balkan velayat.
Currently, work continues on laying power lines at a rebar plant being built by the company in Akhal velayat. Notably, all electrical supply work for the Turkmenabat glycyrrhizin production plant was also carried out by "Türkmen ýyldyzy". The company has established cooperation with "Dragon Oil", "Petronas", the State Concern "Türkmengaz" and several local companies. The economic society has branches and service centers in all velayats of the country, as well as in the capital.
