By the Resolution of President of Turkmenistan, Supreme Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov according to article 16 of the Law of Turkmenistan «On the Prosecutor's Office of Turkmenistan»:
Counsellor of justice Garryev Begmyrat Nuryagdyevich was appointed deputy prosecutor of Akhal velayat;
Lawyer of 2nd class Nazargulyev Resul Dovletnazarovich was appointed prosecutor of Gokdepe etrap of Akhal velayat;
Junior counsellor of justice Annaberdiyev Nurmammet Amandurdyevich was appointed prosecutor of Turkmenabat city of Lebap velayat;
Lawyer of the 1st class Khaldurdyev Myratgeldi Khaldurdyevich was appointed prosecutor of Kerki etrap of Lebap velayat;
Lawyer of the 1st class Muradov Eziz Aganiyazovich was appointed deputy prosecutor of Mary velayat;
Lawyer of the 2nd class Saparov Serdarmyrat Tachmyradovich was appointed prosecutor of Tagtabazar etrap of Mary velayat;
Counsellor of justice Amanov Geldimyrat Bayramdurdyevich was released from the position of prosecutor of Turkmenabat city of Lebap velayat;
Counsellor of justice Gurbanov Babamyrat Khemrayevich was released from the position of deputy prosecutor of Mary velayat in connection with completion of the term of service;
Junior counsellor of justice Kadyrov Guvanch Amanovich was released from the position of prosecutor of Tagtabazar etrap of Mary velayat in connection with completion of the term of service.

By the Resolution of the President of Turkmenistan Begenjov Sukhanberdi Rejepdurdyevich was appointed director of TV channel "Aşgabat" of the State Committee of Turkmenistan for Television, Radio Broadcasting and Cinematography.

By the Resolution of the President of Turkmenistan Purmammedov Shatlyk Dovletmyradovich was released from the position of director of the TV and radio channel «Ýaşlyk» of the State Committee of Turkmenistan for Television, Radio Broadcasting and Cinematography.

By the Resolution of the President of Turkmenistan Kasymov Yakupgeldi Gurbanniyazovich was appointed director of the TV and radio channel «Ýaşlyk» of the State Committee of Turkmenistan for Television, Radio Broadcasting and Cinematography.

By the Resolution of the President of Turkmenistan Eyeberdiyev Arslan Sylapberdiyevich was released from the position of director of «Türkmenfilm» association named after Oguz khan of the State Committee of Turkmenistan for Television, Radio Broadcasting and Cinematography.

By the Resolution of the President of Turkmenistan Saparmyradov Mammetnazar Orazgylyjovich was appointed director of «Türkmenfilm» association named after Oguz khan of the State Committee of Turkmenistan for Television, Radio Broadcasting and Cinematography.

The President of Turkmenistan signed the Decree to approve the plan of enrolment to higher educational establishments of Turkmenistan by velayats, Ashgabat and Arkadag city for 2024 as well as the plan of enrolment to secondary vocational training institutions of Turkmenistan for 2024.
Higher and secondary vocational training institutions of Turkmenistan were commissioned to organise enrolment from July 15 to August 26, 2024 and to hold entrance examinations in places of their location.

The President of Turkmenistan signed the Decree to approve the structure of the State Commission for enrolment into the higher and secondary vocational training institutions of Turkmenistan in 2024.
The above State Commission was instructed to ensure organizational-methodical guidance of enrolment to higher and secondary vocational training institutions of the country in 2024 and to ensure its organization in accordance with the established procedure.
Khyakimliks of velayats, Ashgabat and Arkadag cities were commissioned to create necessary conditions for appropriate work of the working commissions for enrolment to higher and secondary vocational training institutions.

With a view of improvement of professional skill of deputies of the Mejlis and members of the Khalk Maslakhaty, training of statesmen and employees for central and local executive bodies, local authorities as well as masters according to the international standards in the Era of Revival of the New Epoch of the Powerful State the President of Turkmenistan signed the Decree to approve:
- The plan for admission of trainees into courses of retraining of employees of state structures (training term - two academic years) of the Academy of Civil Service under the President of Turkmenistan for the academic years 2024-2025;
- The plan for admission of trainees into courses of improvement of qualification of employees of state structures (training term - five months) of the Academy of Civil Service under the President of Turkmenistan for the academic years 2024-2025;
- The plan for admission of trainees into courses of improvement of qualification of civil servants on commercial arbitration (training term - four months) of the Academy of Civil Service under the President of Turkmenistan for the academic years 2024-2025;
- The plan for admission of trainees into courses of improvement of qualification of deputies of the Mejlis (training term - two months) of the Academies of Civil service under the President of Turkmenistan for the academic years 2024-2025;
- The plan for admission of trainees into courses of improvement of qualification of members of velayat, etrap, and city Khalk Maslakhaty (training term - two months) of the Academy of Civil Service under the President of Turkmenistan for the academic years 2024-2025;
- The plan for admission of trainees into courses of improvement of qualification of employees of local authorities (training term - two months) of the Academy of Civil Service under the President of Turkmenistan for the academic years 2024-2025;
- The plan for admission of trainees into courses of improvement of qualification of employees of local authorities (training term - two months) of the Academy of Civil Service under the President of Turkmenistan for the academic years 2024-2025;
- The plan for admission of students into paid courses of training of masters (training term - from one to two academic years) of the Academy of Civil Service under the President of Turkmenistan for the academic years 2024-2025;
- The plan for admission of trainees into paid courses of improvement of qualification of experts (training term - about two months) of the Academy of Civil Service under the President of Turkmenistan for the academic years 2024-2025;
- The procedure of organisation of entrance examinations to enrol trainees and students into courses of the Academy of Civil Service under the President of Turkmenistan for the academic years 2024-2025.
