These days, meetings and gatherings dedicated to the upcoming regular session of the Halk Maslahaty are being held all over the country, including in the city of Arkadag. A conversation about this important socio-political event called «Halk Maslahaty-jebisligiñ we agzybirligiň nyşany» was recently organized by the Arkadag TV channel in the city library named after Dovletmammed Azady.

The participants of the meeting noted that the highest body of people's representation traditionally holds its meetings on the eve of the Independence Day to discuss issues of great importance for the country, to determine promising goals and objectives.

The broad representation of various segments of the population at the national forum, free discussion and adoption of relevant decisions based on public opinion confirm the democratic principles on which the activities of the Halk Maslahaty are based, commitment to the wise traditions of ancestors on collective discussion and adoption of important decisions for the state and society.

The event entitled «Täze belentlikleriň ýoly» was also dedicated to the preparation for the meeting of the Halk Maslahaty, held in the Emergency Care Center of the city of Arkadag. It was organized by the hakimlik, local branches of the Democratic Party and the Youth Organization named after Magtymguly of Turkmenistan. The meeting was attended by employees of the City Health Department. The speakers emphasized the importance of the upcoming event and the participation of all residents, especially young people, in its preparation and holding. It is the youth who will have to continue the democratic traditions of the people, which are embodied in the work of the Halk Maslahaty, and make a significant contribution to the implementation of important tasks and decisions that will be adopted at its next meeting in September.
