The construction of 208 double-store cottages for one family each, 18 twelve-store and 16 three- and four-store accommodation buildings as well as relative social infrastructure like shopping centres, kindergarten, school and other is planned according to the project under 15th stage of urban construction. Large territory in the south-western part of the capital where new urban environment is being made now was allocated for new construction.

The construction of the facilities of the 15th stage of construction is entrusted to the Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs of the country. With regards to the cottages, their panning is made in two options - one of them according to the project while another one is as per future owner requirements. All houses have built-in garages, necessary technical facilities as well as heated attics.

350 sq. m. cottages are distinguished by original design and modern, ecological friendly building, finishing and roofing materials like expanded clay concrete and aerated concrete blocks, ceramic granite, tile and other were used during their construction. The houses are equipped with own necessary life-support systems including heating and air conditioning.

Having went around the cottage village by special bus, the Head of the State stopped at one of the cottages where Chairman of the Industrialists and Entrepreneurs of the country A. Dadayev welcomed the Leader. Having entered the house, the President of Turkmenistan expressed keen interest in its planning and amenities, location and functional purposes of the rooms. The Leader of the UIET told that only local building materials made according to new technologies were used during the construction. The furnishing of the kitchen was also made by local enterprises - the members of the Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs.

Continuing the tour around new estate, Head of the State Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov looked at few rooms including spacious living room and kitchen on the ground floor as well as master bedroom with cloak and child room on the first floor. One of the rooms has a terrace. The attention of the President was drawn by spacious attic, which can be utilized for different purposes.

Modern 48- and 72-apartment high-rise buildings meet highest comfort level by all parameters. The apartments in these 12-store buildings are distinguished by high ceiling and large area of living premises. The houses are connected to the central heating system and air conditioning. The adjoining territory has places for different events and children playgrounds.

Full set of modern amenities is guaranteed for the residents of three- and four-store comfortable living hoses. Each of them has an elevator. Eight 3-store buildings has six 222 sq. m. spacious comfortable apartments each. Basement floor has spacious premise that can be utilized for storages or gym. Eight 4-store buildings have eight 253 sq. m. apartments each. Car parking located nearby the houses will be available at the disposal of the tenants.

Thus, high quality local building materials were used during construction and finishing of the facilities what in its turn is an evidence of successful solution of the objectives set by the Leader of the Nation to the construction specialists of the country.

Having inspected large living estate of the capital and level of its readiness to the coming house warming parties, President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov highlighted an expressive social orientation of urban construction concept of Ashgabat aimed at provision of deserving life of the people and formation of favourable urban environment. Recently, thousands of families of Ashgabat citizens became the owners of good apartments in excellent living houses.

In this regards, the Head of the State noted that the appearance of modern megalopolis, which Ashgabat is at the moment, has to reflect the style and way of life of its residents. Green zones, for formation of which advanced developments in landscape, garden and parking design in combination with traditional national decoration elements including small architectural forms have to be accounted pedestrian and cycling tracks have to be made, are integral part of urban planning. It is necessary to plant various trees and shrubs following natural and climate conditions of Turkmenistan in new parking complexes as well as irrigation systems with implementation of water saving technologies have to be considered.

Permanent attention has to be paid to future modernization of road and transport network of the capital considering the expansion of the city, construction of new living estates and under long-term prospects of the city development, - President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov highlighted.
