The recruitment of participants for the national program "Startup Ecosystem 2024–2025" is open in Turkmenistan for young people interested in creating innovative business projects and gaining knowledge and skills for the formation, development, and practical implementation of their business ideas.
Young people aged 16 to 35 from all regions of Turkmenistan, including students from higher and secondary professional educational institutions of the country, are invited to participate in the program.
The startup ecosystem represents a network of resources, tools and stakeholders, including entrepreneurs, investors, government organizations, educational institutions, and private companies, united with the goal of creating an environment for startups to thrive.
From October 2024 to June 2025, experienced trainers and experts will conduct specialized training for participants in thematic areas. In the final stages of preparation, both local and foreign investors will be involved to support the best startups. The program will be conducted in Turkmen and Russian languages.
The program aims to develop the startup movement and youth innovative entrepreneurship in Turkmenistan. The "Startup Ecosystem" also strives to expand the national market of private business incubators for a wide range of interested youth.

The decision on admission to the program will be made by a special commission based on interview results. Participants with a pre-developed business idea are encouraged.

The organizers of the program are the Ministry of Education of Turkmenistan and the National Public Association "Union of Economists of Turkmenistan." Program partners include the National Public Association "Achievements of Youth of Turkmenistan," business incubators "Startup Merkezi," ES "Maslahatly Chozgut," and ES "Export Consulting."
The "Startup Ecosystem" program has been conducted in our country since 2020. With its help, the market of services in business incubation and startup acceleration is actively developing. More than 530 young people from all regions of Turkmenistan have created their own startups, and many of them are successfully operating today, promoting their business strategies in various sectors of the country's economy.
