The speakers discussed important decisions made at the Halk Maslahaty, proposed initiatives, and set tasks, expressing their readiness to implement them in their respective fields. As noted in their speeches, the country's leadership creates broad opportunities and all necessary conditions for fully realizing the potential of youth, ensuring their active participation in public-political life and peaceful state policy, as well as implementing key national programs. Great attention is paid to nurturing young men and women as true patriots capable of ensuring a bright and prosperous future for the country.

The second online meeting organized by the Central Council of Magtymguly Youth Organization of Turkmenistan was titled "Sanly dünýä:Ýaşlar.Ösüş.Geljek" and focused on digitalization and related cybersecurity issues. The event was attended by young people working in various enterprises and institutions, as well as students and teachers from universities across the country. The first speaker, Yazpolat Keriev, Chairman of the Central Council of the Magtymguly Youth Organization, emphasized the importance of ongoing digital transformation in the country’s economy and implementing innovative technologies across all areas of state and public life. In this context, a significant role is assigned to youth who are called upon to enhance their knowledge and skills in using digital technologies that open new opportunities for national development.

Representatives of the General Prosecutor's Office and Ministry of Internal Affairs of Turkmenistan highlighted issues related to cybersecurity, legal foundations of digital systems, and the socio-psychological impact of the internet. As emphasized by speakers from the International Scientific and Technological Park of the Academy of Sciences and "Türkmenaragatnaşyk" agency, increasing digitalization and broad internet access should be accompanied by growth in cyber literacy and cyber culture among youth.
