The signing ceremony of the Memorandum of Understanding took place in Ashgabat mutual understanding between the Turkmen state University named after Magtymguly and University of Perugia for foreigners (Italy).

In accordance with the signed document, universities will carry out cooperation in the field of implementation of modern methods of teaching foreign languages and improving best pedagogical practices, develop bilateral interaction in the direction of exchange of curricula, programs, teaching methods and scientific and methodological manuals, scientific publications and textbooks.
