Turkmenistan has published new textbooks for secondary schools and higher educational institutions of the country, issued by the Turkmen State Publishing Service on the recommendation of the Ministry of Education of Turkmenistan.

Among the new editions is the textbook "English (II foreign language)" for the XI grade of secondary schools, developed by the authors N.Ovezova, R.Soyunova and M.Allaberdieva. It has been prepared taking into account modern didactic principles of teaching and upbringing, as well as the effective use of modern teaching methods foreign languages and advanced foreign experience. The textbook will significantly improve students' skills in reading, writing and fluent communication in English.

The 3rd edition of the textbook "German (I foreign language)" for the 3rd grade of secondary schools by authors M.Nurlieva, O.Garaeva and O.Nurieva has also been published.

It includes sections such as "My School", "Me and my environment", "Traffic", "Seasons", "My Day" and others.

The textbook with colorful pictures is designed taking into account the age characteristics of students, based on the principle of transition from simple to the difficult one. Learning from this textbook involves the development of students' listening skills, reading, writing, dialogue on certain topics, as well as the translation of sentences, the use of grammatical and spelling rules.

The new textbook "Biology" by S.Durdyev, L.Starakulova, N.Bazarova is intended for the XI grade of secondary schools with the Russian language of instruction. This tutorial was developed in accordance with the goals of improving the teaching of natural and exact sciences in Turkmenistan. The textbook consists of 3 main parts: "Cell structure and functions ", "Reproduction and development of organisms", "Fundamentals of genetics and breeding".

The questions and assignments at the end of each paragraph will help students assimilate their content, think logically and express opinions, and also apply the acquired knowledge in practice. The textbook is equipped with a large number of colorful visual images and tables (60 in total) to achieve the best understanding and assimilation of the material by students. The content of the textbook is aimed at developing all necessary skills in accordance with the approved curriculum of the biology course. Among the novelties of the educational literature is the "Turkish-Turkmen Dictionary", intended as a textbook for university students. Its authors are J. Geklenov and A. Ercilasun. The dictionary includes about 20,000 words and phrases, actively used in modern Turkish.

The dictionary reflects the historical relationship between the languages of the two fraternal peoples. Because the roots of Turkmen and Turkish The languages are the same and both languages are considered a continuation of the ancient Oguz language, the presence of common words in them is natural. The dictionary shows that some ancient Oguz words have been preserved in the Turkmen language, and others in Turkish. Both the Turkmen language and Turkish have words that are used in different grammatical forms. The dictionary provides detailed meanings of such words. For the first time, the dictionary includes the following terms like "ädimölçär" (pedometer), "nusgalamak" (model), skuter; (scooter), tapyşdyrgyç; (patch), bandepderçe; (daily planner), dakma; (denture), tulum tüýdük; (inflatable musical instrument), "garaşma otagy" (reception).

In the years of independence, comparative studies of the Turkmen and Turkish languages have become a new direction in linguistics. This situation creates a need for bilingual and multilingual dictionaries for language learners, along with explanatory dictionaries. In this regard, the publication of the new "Turkish-Turkmen Dictionary" is of great importance not only for students, but also for those who are interested in Turkmen-Turkish language relations, study Turkmen and Turkish languages in courses or independently. The dictionary will also be useful for businessmen, travelers and translators.

"Theory of International Relations" is a new textbook for university students, which has become one of the results of activities in the field of education in order to train in-demand and competent international specialists. This textbook describes the basic concepts of international relations in accordance with the approved curriculum and educational standards for the relevant subject. The textbook outlines the fundamental principles and directions of the theory of international relations, logical, scientific and conceptual foundations, methodology and methods, legal foundations conducting international relations, the main paradigms of the theory of international relations, the role and importance of Turkmen politics.
