The Turkmen State Publishing Service, following the recommendation of the Ministry of Education of Turkmenistan, has published the textbook "Theory of International Relations" for higher educational institutions.  

The new textbook, authored by Begench Karaev, is dedicated to scientific theories of diplomacy and international relations and has been prepared in accordance with the "International Relations" program. The book, which consists of four chapters, provides a comprehensive description of the main concepts and theoretical foundations of international relations, as well as new directions in scientific research in the field of diplomacy.  

Additionally, the textbook presents in a strictly scientific manner the foundations and directions of the theory of international relations, the legal foundations of diplomacy, the role of Turkmenistan's neutrality policy in international relations, the significance of key paradigms, as well as the logical and scientific foundations of the theory of international relations.  

The book is written with consideration for modern educational requirements for future specialists in international relations and diplomacy and is intended to ensure the comprehensive development of students studying at specialized higher education institutions.  

The preparation and publication of new modern textbooks on diplomacy and international relations in Turkmenistan are being carried out to ensure high educational standards for aspiring Turkmen diplomats, train highly qualified specialists in international relations, and provide a scientifically grounded study of the country's foreign policy and contemporary international relations.
