In the Ashgabat financial and economic secondary school, an Olympiad in a digital economy was held among students of specialized secondary professional educational institutions of Turkmenistan. The event was held in honor of the 30th anniversary of the neutrality of Turkmenistan, also 2025 - the international year of peace and trust.

The Olympiad entitled "Knowledge is the light of Happiness" is organized jointly by the Ashgabat Financial and Economic Secondary Professional School and the Central Council of the Makhtumkuli Youth Organization of Turkmenistan with the support of the Ministry of Education of Turkmenistan.

According to the results of the competition, 16 winners of prizes were determined.

Three students won the first place in the competition: Selbi Italmazova, a student of the Ashgabat Financial and Economic Secondary Professional School, Maryam Jelalova and Tachnabat Atajanova, students of the Mary Velayat Financial and Economic secondary professional school.

Five students received second places: Aigul Khudaiberdiyeva (Mary Velayat Financial and Economic Secondary Professional School), Myakhri Hashimova, Umida Abduraimova, Selbi Khudaibergenova (Lebap Velayat Financial and Economic Secondary Professional School) and Myakhri Amansakhedova (Ashgabat Financial and Economic Secondary Professional School).

Eight students were awarded the third place. These are Bakhtygul Chashemova (Ashgabat Financial and Economic Secondary Professional School), Akbabek Ovezova, Kumush Abashova (Dashoguz Velayat Financial and Economic Secondary Professional School), Annabagt Mammetorazova, Khairat Nurgeldieva (Balkan Velayat Financial and Economic Secondary Professional School), Gozel Halliyeva, Annagurban Garaliev, Sona Dzhumakuliyeva (Trade and Cooperative School of the Ministry of Trade and foreign economic relations Turkmenistan).

The winners were awarded with diplomas of the corresponding degrees and commemorative gifts from the organizers of the Olympiad.

The competition was held in order to identify and encourage talented and capable students, enhance their theoretical knowledge, develop practical skills, educate highly qualified specialists of a new generation, comprehensively developed youth, and stimulate their interest in science and education.
