Halliniyaz Babayev, a 4th-year student at the Faculty of Petroleum Industry Yagshygeldi Kakaev International University of Oil and Gas was awarded the honorary title of "Best Student of the CIS".

The student of the oil and gas University of Turkmenistan received the high title as a result of participation in the international competition "The Best student of the CIS", organized with the support of the Ministry of Education and Science.

The National Innovation Research Center of the Republic of Kazakhstan "Bilim-orkenieti". Representatives of scientific and educational institutions of the Commonwealth of Independent States took part in this competition, including, Azerbaijan, Russia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Kyrgyzstan.

According to the results of the international review, the jury members highly appreciated the contribution Halliniyaz Babayev's contribution to the development of education, science, art and sports.

A student from Turkmenistan was awarded a Diploma of the first degree, a statuette "The best student of the CIS", a badge and a Certificate for his contribution to the development of youth policy and maintaining relations between students of the CIS countries.

Halliniyaz's achievement became another vivid evidence of the effectiveness of comprehensive work in the country aimed at reforming and continuously improving the national system of science and education and implemented as part of the implementation of the state youth policy, as well as the "Strategy for International Youth Cooperation for 2023-2030." Training of highly qualified specialists of the new generation, creating wide opportunities for obtaining high-quality education, building scientific potential, and active participation of young people in the economic, political and cultural life of the state and various international projects are invariably the key priorities of Turkmenistan's policy.
