Chairman of the Tennis Federation of Turkmenistan (FTT), Vice-President of the Asian Tennis Federation (ATF) Eziz Dovletov discussed the possibility of Turkmen athletes participating in the ATP 500 Dubai Duty Free Tennis Championship next year with Secretary General of the United Arab Emirates Tennis Federation Nasser Youssef Al Marzouki.

The meeting of the heads of the two tennis organizations took place in Dubai as part of the prestigious ATP 500 tournament, which was won by the famous Greek tennis player Stefanos Tsitsipas.

During the conversation, the prospects for the development of tennis in the countries, issues of joint training camps, training of sports psychologists and the development of rapidly developing padel tennis were also discussed.

The Secretary General of the UAE Tennis Federation thanked the Turkmen side for the warm hospitality extended to their team during their participation in the international tournament "Ashgabat Open 2024", emphasizing its high organization.
