President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov held regular video conference working session with the Vice Premier in charge of agricultural complex, hyakims of the velayats and Ashgabat.
The agenda included the main directions of social and economic development of the country, course of seasonal agricultural works, realization of National rural programme as well as preparation to the celebration of the 26th anniversary of the independence.
The Head of the State received the reports from the hyakims of velayats, who informed on the situation in the regions, rates of winter crop sowing and cotton harvest campaign, relaization of National rural programme and on the plan of events on occasion of the Independence Day of Turkmenistan.
Having expressed discontent with limited involvement of agricultural equipment capacities, President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov demanded Hyakim of Ahal Velayat T. Atahalliyev to take specific measures for correction of the situation as well as gave number of orders for timely cotton harvest without any loss.
Strict implementation of National rural programme is an important requirement in the context of improvement of level and quality of the population of the regions, President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov has said and addressed the Hyakim with relative directions.
Attention of Hyakim of Balkan Velayat S. Satlykov was drawn on seasonal agricultural campaigns and strict adherence to the standards of agricultural equipment. The Head of the State commissioned the Hyakim to increase the attention to new constructions, which commissioning is timed to the Independence Day.
Hyakim of Dashoguz Velayat M. Bayramguliyev was pointed out on the necessity of careful cotton picking, use of the stimulation and support measures for the farmers. Besides, the Head of the State noted that full involvement of agricultural equipment is necessary for completion of wheat sowing according to the schedule. In this relation, the Hyakim received number of instructions on proper organization of works.
In addition, the President requested to hold under permanent control all construction works stipulated by National rural programme within set timelines.
Addressing Hyakim of Lebap Velayat Ch. Charliyev, the President of Turkmenistan made an accent on the necessity of full involvement of the equipment, especially during the sowing of winter crops when the basis of future harvest are laid. In this relation, the Head of the State expressed his discontent with the work of the hyakim and gave strict instructions for correction of the situation.
Besides, President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov demanded to provide timely and non-loss delivery of picked cotton to storage facilities and proper storage.
Attention of the Head of Mary velayat administration B. Annagurbanov was focused on the importance of seasonal agricultural campaigns in accordance with the deadline and technical requirements. Having noted the necessity of full involvement of technical fleet of the branch, the Head of the State, having expressed his dissatisfaction, demanded the hyakim to organize the works on proper level.
The President also has pointed at the importance of timely commissioning of the facilities built in the velayat, having addressed specific instructions for provision of permanent control of the quality of works.
After, the floor was given to Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers E. Orazgeldiyev who is in charge of agricultural complex. The Vice Premier reported on the course of seasonal works expanded on the fields of the country.
Having listened to the report, President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov focused the attention on the necessity of organized completion of these important agricultural campaigns achieving wise operation of existing highly productive equipment.

Having noted the necessity of responsible and comprehensive approach to solution of the issues of further development of Ashgabat, Turkmen leader gave number of assignments to the Hyakim.
