As emphasized during the ceremony, the creation of the UNESCO Club is of great importance, primarily from the perspective of comprehensive formation and development of creative and research activities, knowledge about cultural values, traditions, and customs in the youth environment. Students, master's students, and teachers of the university, as active members of the club, will deeply study and promote the humanitarian principles and ideals of UNESCO, ideas of peace and mutual understanding among people.

There were discussions about the plans and upcoming activities of the club, which include participation in scientific and educational projects, cooperation with public organizations, cultural centers of our country, and regional UNESCO Club Associations.

It was noted that the creation of UNESCO Clubs is aimed at uniting student youth and the adult generation, as well as participants in the international UNESCO movement for joint activities in the areas of science, history, culture, and education. The main tasks of the clubs include intercultural communication, fostering respectful attitudes towards other cultures, preserving cultural and historical heritage, and protecting the environment.

The UNESCO Club "Peace, Trust - the Foundation of Humanism and Development," which opened its doors at the International University for the Humanities and Development, is the sixth in our country.

To mark the occasion of this solemn event, a festive concert was held in the university's conference hall, during which the creative team of the university "Ovaz" performed with literary and musical compositions, sang patriotic songs, and performed national dances.
