Bilateral document signing ceremony took place at the end of Turkmen – Tajik talks in extended format.
Under applauses of the participants, Presidents Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov and Emomali Rahmon out their signatures under Joint Declaration and Agreement on strategic partnership between Turkmenistan and the Republic of Tajikistan.
