President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov held regular video conference working session with the participation of the hyakims of the velayats and Ashgabat city.
The agenda included the issues of social and economic development of the regions and the capital, course of seasonal agricultural works, constructions of the facilities as well as projects of objects planned for construction.
First, Hyakim of Ashgabat Sh. Durdiliyev reported on the fulfilment of the assignments given by the Head of the State on further urban planning of the main city of the country, measures for creation of new green zones and provision of exemplary neatness in the etraps of the capital.
It was also informed on construction of social, cultural and other facilities in Turkmen capital. While informing on the construction of new facilities, the head of capital administration presented the projects of large business, shopping and entertainment centre and related drawings of its location to the Head of the State. Besides, the Hyakim reported on the measures for high organizational level of coming celebrations.
Having studied the projects of the complex, President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov highlighted that it is important to combine harmonically the traditions of national architecture and the achievements of modern urban construction. At the same time, the Leader of the Nation emphasized the level of planning of adjoining territory and creation of parking zones.
Having made some remarks and relative corrections to the projects, the President instructed the Hyakim of Ashgabat to exercise international tender for construction of business, shopping and entertainment centre.
Having noted the necessity of high level of preparation to celebration of International Neutrality day on December 12, the Head of the State addressed Sh. Durdiliyev with number of instructions.
After, the hyakims of the regions reported on the situation in the regions. Information on the measures for picking of remained cotton as well as on preparation to organized planned field works and construction projects have been given.

Having noted that it is high time for regular seasonal agricultural activities, the Head of the State made special mention of the necessity to hold under permanent control the provision of the farmers with mineral fertilizers and readiness of the equipment for new season.

Having noted the importance of these facilities as centres for mass cultural events, the Head of the State highlighted the necessity of well-thought approach to their architectural appearance in national traditions with use of modern design technologies and ideas.
