The State Committee for Television, Radio Broadcasting and Cinematography of Turkmenistan and the United Nations Children's Fund (UNICEF) have prepared a joint animated film about the rights of the child.

The main characters, Mergen and Mergen, explain to children and parents the importance of protecting and promoting the rights of every child.

The cartoon will be broadcast on the TV channels "Yashlyk" and "Ashgabat" during the next week.
