The Ministry of Education of Turkmenistan has announced the selection of candidates for study at higher educational institutions of the Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region of the People's Republic of China in higher professional education programs (bachelor's degree) for the 2025-2026 academic year.

The admissions committee will accept documents from citizens of Turkmenistan to universities in PRC from 12th to 21st of May at Turkmen State University named after Magtymguly.

Young people who have reached the age of 18 and are no older than 25 (until 31st of August, 2025), who have general secondary, secondary vocational education and speak English can submit documents.

Information on the list of specialties, the number of places in higher professional education programs at universities in the Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region of the People's Republic of China, as well as the conditions of study will be provided by the admissions committee.

The list of documents required for submitting an application for study in PRC is posted on the official website of the Ministry of Education of Turkmenistan, and was also published on the 9th of May in the central print media of the country.

Translations of documents must be provided in English. If necessary, the admissions committee has the right to request additional information about the applicant.

On the 24th of May, a selection interview will be held at the Turkmen State University named after Magtymguly with candidates who have high scores based on the results of the accepted documents. The interview will be conducted on the general education program.
