The results have been summed up at the language University of Turkmenistan student hackathon

At the Turkmen National Institute of World Languages named after Dovletmammet Azadi summed up the results of the student hackathon on the topic "Our national cultural heritage in world languages".

Teams of students from 17 higher educational institutions of the country took part in the competition. The task of the participants was to create a prototype website that promotes the wide popularization of the rich national cultural heritage of the Turkmen people.

Based on the results of the competition and based on the decision of the jury members the following university teams were named the winners: The Grand Prix of the competition was awarded to the team of the Institute of Telecommunications and Informatics of Turkmenistan;

The first place was shared by students of the Yagshygeldi Kakayev International University of Oil and Gas and the Dovletmammet Azadi Turkmen National Institute of World Languages;

The second place was taken by students of the Institute of the Ministry of Internal Affairs Turkmenistan and the country's Border Institute;

The third place was awarded to the teams of the State Energy Institute of Turkmenistan, the Institute of Engineering, Technical and transport Communications of Turkmenistan and the Magtymguly Turkmen State University.

At the award ceremony, the winners and all participants of the hackathon were presented with Certificates of Honor and gifts from the Turkmen National Institute of World Languages named after Dovletmammet Azadi.

Speaking about the features and advantages of this competition, the organizers noted that the hackathon demonstrated a fairly high level of innovative potential of young people, their interest in developing in this field. The competition has become one of the most productive in its field and has contributed to the development of students' teamwork skills, the ability to effectively use the allotted time and resolutely cope with various situations. The teams had the opportunity to improve their IT skills and creativity, meet like-minded people, make friends and learn a lot.

It should be added that hackathons are becoming increasingly popular among Turkmen youth and are an effective platform for creating and implementing new solutions and fresh ideas in the field digital technologies. In addition to the opportunities for mastering modern innovations and self-development in the field of IT technologies, participants are attracted by the special format of hackathons, in which teams work together to solve their assigned software task in a limited time.

IT competitions among students are held in our country on a regular basis in order to identify talented young people and train specialists with extensive knowledge and skills in the field of digital technologies, who have developed digital thinking and are able to navigate freely in the modern digital world.
