Yesterday, the Center for Public Organizations of Turkmenistan hosted a scientific and practical conference on the topic "The Constitution of Turkmenistan is a legal guarantee of the country's permanent neutrality, the national flag is a symbol of international peace."

The event was attended by deputies of the Mejlis, members of the Halk Maslahaty, representatives of political parties, public organizations, various sectors of the economy, the media, scientists, educators, and youth.

Before the conference, musical performances by the country's cultural and artistic masters took place, and an exhibition of decorative and applied art and books organized here reflected the best achievements of our country.
