A new modern village, being built on the territory of the gengeshlik "Taze yol" of the Koneurgench etrap, will have a developed system of facilities for various purposes and services that ensure the proper functioning of the settlement. Its infrastructure, which includes many communications, in accordance with the country's requirements for the development of cities and towns, is capable of providing the population with all the necessary conditions for work and comfortable living.

Thus, the number of industrial facilities will include a private enterprise for the production of non-alcoholic drinks, a small enterprise for the production of bakery products, a greenhouse complex for growing lemons and mushrooms. The presence of such industries, in addition to providing the population with various products, will also allow part of the local population to be employed in them. A developed network of socio-cultural facilities is also being created in the new village. These include a modern comprehensive school for 420 students, a kindergarten for 160 children, a Health Center, a Communications Center, a House of Culture with a 200-seat hall, a House of Consumer Services, a shopping center, stores and other facilities. Modern buildings of the local administration and fire service have also been built here.

The housing stock of the new settlement will consist of hundreds of comfortable residential buildings, including cottage type. It should be noted that the settlement has a developed network of internal roads, communications for the supply of gas, electricity and water.
