The briefing on the International Neutrality Day that will be celebrated for the first time and will become a remarkable event in the new history of the world diplomacy took place at the Embassy of Turkmenistan in the People’s Republic of China.
The event brought together the representatives of the scientific-and-expert, business and public circles and mass media of China, diplomats accredited in the People’s Republic of China as well as Turkmen students, studying in the higher educational institutions in the capital of China.
Speaking during the briefing, Ambassador of Turkmenistan in China, Chinar Rustamova focused on the significance and role of the neutral status in the foreign-policy, social and economic, public and political achievements of the country as well as told about the key areas of the multi-format Turkmen-Chinese partnership.
Particular attention was paid to the numerous events to be held in the country and foreign states in 2018 under the motto “Turkmenistan is the Heart of the Great Silk Road”.
The presented information aroused keen interest among the participants of the briefing, who highly evaluated Turkmenistan’s achievements in the social and economic sphere and the implementation of the foreign-policy strategy based on the neutral status of the country.
