A new issue of the scientific-methodological electronic journal "Issues of Philology" of the Dowletmammet Azadi Turkmen National Institute of World Languages has been released in Turkmenistan.
The articles presented in the journal are devoted to the large-scale activities carried out in the country in the field of science and education under the wise leadership of our esteemed President Arkadagly Hero Serdar.
The authors' articles provide detailed coverage of the work on reforming the national education system, modernizing the educational process, improving teaching methods used in foreign language learning, and widely implementing innovative technologies in education.
At the same time, the articles describe the effectiveness of this work and the positive results achieved in the national system of science and education. They discuss the positive influence of digital transformation on the development of the younger generation and the training of specialists of the new generation. In addition, the expansion of the use of digital systems in Turkmenistan is covered, as well as initiatives implemented in this area considering the growing need for information security.
The journal publications address the topic of the extensive study of the rich cultural heritage of the Turkmen people. In this regard, the authors refer to the work of the greatest poet, thinker, and philosopher of the East, Magtymguly Fragi, who had a significant influence on the formation and development of the Turkmen literary language. The articles discuss ongoing scientific work on preserving Magtymguly's literary heritage and promoting it among the youth.
The new issue also introduces readers to the work of the Turkmen historian, writer, and scholar Halil ibn Aybek Safadi, who made a huge contribution to the development of literature in the state of the Turkmen-Mamluks, focusing on the form and content of his works, which remain relevant and significant to this day.
