The “Arkaç” shopping and entertainment center hosted an event organized by the Embassy of the Republic of Korea in Turkmenistan as part of the Korean Culture Week.

The event attracted many visitors eager to get acquainted with Korean traditions. The audience mainly consisted of young people and the younger generation, as Korean culture, particularly through K-Pop, reflects values close to them such as friendship and teamwork.

A rich interactive program was prepared for the guests. It included a photo zone against picturesque Korean landscapes, the opportunity to receive a postcard with one's name written in Korean calligraphy, as well as watching videos of K-Pop dances. One of the brightest moments was trying on traditional Korean outfits – hanbok. The most active participants were able to test their knowledge of the country in a special quiz.

Every guest took home a small souvenir from Korea, many colorful photographs, and of course, a good mood.
