A chamber concert of classical music was held in the Small Hall of the Turkmen National Conservatory named after Maya Kulyyeva in the capital of Turkmenistan. The program opened with a series of works by Nury Halmammedov, «Unheard Songs of the Children of Hiroshima and Nagasaki», performed by Honoured Artist of Turkmenistan Leyli Okdirova.Leyli possesses a coloratura soprano voice that allows her to express the most subtle nuances conveyed in the verses of Japanese poets and in the music of the empathetic Turkmen composer. And the audience in the hall highly appreciated the vocal and artistic talent of the singer.
