In order to successfully implement the “Program of the President of Turkmenistan for the socio-economic development of the country for 2019–2025” in the era of power and happiness, stimulate the achievement of better results in the social, economic and cultural spheres in etraps and cities, create production facilities with modern technologies, as well as implementation of the Order of the President of Turkmenistan No. 1433 dated May 24, 2021, the President of Turkmenistan signed the Order. According to the document, the Dyanevsky etrap of the Lebap velayat was declared the winner in Turkmenistan, which at the end of 2021 achieved the highest results in all indicators in the social, economic and cultural spheres among the etraps of the velayats and cities with the rights of etraps, as well as the etraps of the city of Ashgabat, and the hyakimlik of the Dyanevsky etrap was awarded cash prize of $1 million.
