From 16 to 20 November 2025, students of the Institute of International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan attended study courses at the Prince Saud Al-Faisal Institute of Diplomatic Studies under the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. On the first day of the study visit, students get acquainted with the work carried out at the Institute of Diplomatic Studies. Ahmed Al-Fayez, a teacher at the institute, provided detailed information on the relations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia with the countries of Central Asia.
Also, on the second day of the visit, Dr. Khaled Ibrahim Al-Ali shared his experience with students on the foreign policy of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. This provided students with the opportunity to get acquainted with the state programs, economic and cultural policies of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
On the third day, Dr. Raja Al-Mazrouqi shared his statistical and analytical data on the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia's "Vision 2030" program. The students were also given detailed information about the fundamental reforms that the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia is carrying out in the state economy, education, technology, and society.
On November 19, the institute's lecturer, Leila Al-Zahrani, gave a lecture on tourism and culture of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to the students. The lecture extensively covered the work being done to promote the country's cultural heritage to the world and the efforts being made to develop international cultural cooperation.
As part of the impressive study tour, a tour was organized to the "Al-Masmak" Museum, the "Boulevard Riyadh" recreational park, and the ancient "Imam Turki bin Abdullah" mosque.
Upon completion of the studies, participants were granted with the certificates.
The courses were held within the framework of the signed Cooperation Program between the Institute of International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan and the Prince Saud Al Faisal Institute for Diplomatic Studies of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
