President of Turkmenistan, Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov signed the Decree of pardoning of the convicts on occasion of National Spring Holiday, having released convicted people from servicing the main sentence in the prison as well as from servicing additional sentence of living in the certain areas.
