Today, in the Turkmen capital, schoolchildren and university students who won prize places at prestigious international Olympiads held within the framework of the International Year of Peace and Trust, as well as the teachers who prepared them for these competitions, were presented with Certificates of Honour from the Ministry of Education of Turkmenistan and commemorative gifts from the Central Council of the Magtymguly Youth Organization.

Thanks to the tireless efforts of President Serdar Berdimuhamedov and the care of the Hero-Arkadag, great attention is paid in our country to issues of education and the upbringing of young people. The implementation of reforms in the national education system contributes to raising it to a new level and to the development of international cooperation in this field. The achievements of Turkmen schoolchildren and students at international Olympiads serve as clear evidence of successful work in this area.

As is known, a ceremony was recently held with the participation of the President of the country to honor young people who won prize places at international subject Olympiads, as well as athletes—winners of international competitions—and their coaches.

These events added to the significant milestones of the International Year of Peace and Trust, marked by the celebration of the 30th anniversary of the neutrality of the Fatherland.

It has already become a good tradition to honor at the state level athletes who have contributed to enhancing the sports prestige of Turkmenistan on the world stage, as well as schoolchildren and students who have won prize places at international Olympiads. This inspires young people to reach new heights in sports and science.

The current ceremony complemented the large-scale events organized on the eve of the upcoming New Year, 2026, which will be held in our country under the slogan “Independent Neutral Turkmenistan — the Homeland of Purposeful Winged Horses.” This event became yet another manifestation of the high appreciation of the work of young people who have devoted themselves to their chosen profession and achieved great success.

Representatives of the younger generation proudly accepted the commemorative gifts and congratulations. They expressed deep gratitude to the Hero-Arkadag and President Serdar Berdimuhamedov and assured that they would make every effort to effectively use the opportunities created in the country and continue to conquer new heights.
