In the new year 2026, proclaimed in our country as “Independent Neutral Turkmenistan – the Homeland of Purposeful Winged Horses,” the first baby of the year was born at the Scientific and Clinical Center for Maternal and Child Health in the capital.

According to available medical data, the condition of the child, who joined the Gayypov family, is satisfactory. The boy was born early in the morning on January 1. The baby’s weight is 3 kilograms 100 grams, and his height is 48 centimeters.

The parents of the child, who was named Atamyrat, expressed their gratitude to President Serdar Berdimuhamedov for the socially oriented policy being pursued, initiated by the Hero-Arkadag, for the conditions created by the state to protect citizens’ health, and for promoting the harmonious development of children.

It should be noted that the name given to the newborn child resonates with the wise expression of the ancestors, “At – myrat”, which reflects the motto of the current year.

On the occasion of the baby’s birth, the happy family was presented with commemorative gifts on behalf of the Head of State, the Hero-Arkadag, as well as from the Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov Charitable Foundation for Assistance to Children in Need of Guardianship.
