On the eve of the New Year, the International university of industrialists and entrepreneurs organised an English language competition titled «Neutrality – the anthem of our languages» for 12th-grade students from secondary schools in Ashgabat and Arkadag.
Approximately 200 students from 67 secondary schools, including specialised schools with in-depth English language instruction, participated in the competition.
During the competition, the high school students demonstrated excellent knowledge and preparation in the subject, a keen interest in learning English, and their talents and creativity.
Based on the results of the event, the best participants were determined, and first, second, and third place prizes were awarded. The winners were awarded diplomas of the appropriate degrees and commemorative gifts.
The competition was held to promote the implementation of state education programs, further improve the national scientific and educational system, develop well-rounded youth, and train future qualified specialists, as well as modernize foreign language teaching and bring its quality in line with international standards.
