The Engineering and technology university of Turkmenistan named after Oguz han invites high school students across the country to participate in the IV integrated Olympiad «Talented descendants of Oguz han».
The Olympiad in mathematics, physics, chemistry, biology, and logical thinking is held among students in grades 9-12 of secondary schools across Turkmenistan. No more than 20 students (five students from each senior class) who demonstrated the highest academic results in these subjects may participate in the competition from each school.
School students wishing to participate in the Olympiad must register online at the website of the host university, by 25th of February.
The Olympiad will be held in three stages: at the etrap, velayat, and national levels. All stages of the Olympiad will be conducted in Turkmen and English.
The first stage will be held from the 10th to 17th of March, and the second stage will take place on the 8th of April. School students who successfully complete the I and II stages of the Olympiad will be invited to Ashgabat to participate in the III and final stage of the competition. This stage will be held in June at the Engineering and technology university of Turkmenistan named after Oguz han, where a rich educational and cultural program of events will also be organised for the finalists.
The winners and runners-up of the IV integrated Olympiad «Talented descendants of Oguz han» will receive diplomas and valuable gifts from the university, as well as letters of recommendation for admission to higher education institutions in Turkmenistan and abroad.
Furthermore, following tradition, all participants who pass the I, II, or III stages of the Olympiad will be included in the Golden fund of the University «Talented descendants of Oguz han», whose members enjoy preferential admission to the university.

The integrated Olympiad is being held for the fourth year in a row and is one of the effective career-oriented projects of the university, which actively works to attract talented young people to the country.
The majority of students who successfully participated in the Olympiad in previous years are currently studying in various fields at this prestigious university, as well as other universities in the country and abroad.
This large-scale Olympiad has gained significant popularity among Turkmen school students. Every year, approximately 25 thousand young and talented science experts from across the country participate. Prizes are awarded to the most talented, the best of the best, and between 20 and 35 school students have been the lucky winners.
The rigorous competitive selection process, which requires excellent subject preparation, a deep understanding of theory, and impeccable practical problem-solving skills, only spurred on aspiring scholars and strengthens their desire to demonstrate their abilities at the Olympiad.
The Olympiad makes a significant contribution to the implementation of priority objectives in science and education across the country. These include strengthening effective ties between higher and secondary educational institutions, stimulating and supporting the interest of the younger generation in science, and cultivating erudite, talented, and active young people capable of successfully applying innovative technologies, thinking broadly, and independently solving problems.
